Support for OpenRD Available

Thanks to getting an OpenRD device into the hands of our developers, we have now added official installation support for the OpenRD Base, Client, Ultimate from GlobalScale, and the Tasman from Pactron Inc. These platforms provide a complete Marvell Kirkwood experience by breaking out all the available features of the chipset into user-accessible ports. Features include dual gigabit ethernet, VGA graphics, PCIe x1, audio, and much more. The installation process for the device is much more advanced than the other platforms we support since the OpenRD systems are reference design development systems, not the big-box retail consumer type of device. The instructions are intended to guide the user in the right direction for an initial install, and require a working knowledge of U-Boot to customize further beyond the basic scenario presented.

Instructions on utilizing the XGI Volari Z11 graphics will be coming soon, and will be located under an Advanced tab on the OpenRD platform page on the main site.
