Instructions for IGEP v2 available

We've added installation instructions and bootloader files for the IGEP v2, a Beagleboard-xM clone from Spanish manufacturer ISEE. The board shares nearly the same hardware setup as the Beagleboard with some expanded connectivity and onboard flash memory.
