Postby Dima85 » Fri Jul 27, 2012 7:21 am

Help please.
Someone put the Small Http Server on Pogoplug v2?
I have these errors appear. What is the problem?

For ARM
Code: Select all
[root@alarm shttparmlnx]# tar -xzvf shttparmlnx.tgz
sndmsg
httpd.exe
libsec.so
httpd.cfg
descu.htm
notes.ssl
license.ssl
licenseu.txt
[root@alarm shttparmlnx]# ./httpd.exe
-bash: ./httpd.exe: No such file or directory

For linux
Code: Select all
[root@alarm shttplnx]# tar -xzvf shttplnx.tgz
sndmsg
httpd.exe
libsec.so
httpd.cfg
descu.htm
notes.ssl
license.ssl
licenseu.txt
[root@alarm shttplnx]# ./httpd.exe
-bash: ./httpd.exe: cannot execute binary file

Ya....wow...The problem is either you're trying to run a Windows executable on Linux, or a Linux x86 executable on and ARM system....either way...it wont work.

And that is $50?!?

There are quite a few free options as well. I just did a quick pacman search...

For ARM (Linux) shttparmlnx.tgz (138Kb) MD5(shttparmlnx.tgz) = dfdda60cdf3393cf05e2dcd0e45390c8
But it doesn't work :)

I'd have a look, but their site appears to be down?

I attached this version.
Preveus version 3.05.91
For ARM (Linux) shttparmlnx.tgz (138Kb)
MD5(shttparmlnx.tgz) = 8be89eb52c47e5ab97d2c9c61eb97d5a

Look:
Code: Select all
[root@alarm shttparmlnx]# useradd -d /srv/http -r -s /bin/false -U http
useradd: user 'http' already exists
[root@alarm shttparmlnx]# su http ./httpd.exe

No error

But here I do not see http.exe:
Code: Select all
[root@alarm shttparmlnx]# top -u http
Attachments
shttparmlnx.tgz
(138.81 KiB) Downloaded 40 times
