keyboard stops working after pacman -Suy

Postby vitor » Mon Oct 03, 2011 9:21 pm

Hello to everyone!
I downloaded the latest arch rootfs from the topic viewtopic.php?f=28&t=1164
I boot the beagle, and everything works fine. But, when I update the system, with pacman -Suy, and reboot the system..the keyboard doesn't work anymore.
Some one have the same problem?

I'm using a usb hub with external power, when I try write something in the terminal, the output is:

[ 725.713623] usb 1-2.4: USB disconnect, device number 14
[ 726.467254] usb 1-2.4: new low speed USB device number 15 using ehci-omap

ps.: I still have serial connection
ps2.: I have a usb -> ethernet device, it doesn't work either

Thanks!

Hello again,
I edit the pacman.conf and change the line
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '#IgnorePkg')
to
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'IgnorePkg = kernel26-omap kernel26-headers-omap device-mmpapper udev usbutils')

Then I run pacman -Suy, I still have the system running ok.

I guess that the problem can be udev...any ideas?
Thanks
vitor
