[fix]TimeMachine isn't working after a recent netatalk updte

If you setup your TimeMachine backups using the guide on the website here, then you may have noticed that the backups aren't working anymore. Add "cnid_metad" to the list of daemons in /etc/rc.conf between "avahi-daemon" and "afpd". That should fix it.
