Linphonec and h.264 codec

HI, i have linphonec 3.7.0 (console version) running in a RPi model B overclocked @ 10000 Mhz for mobile videconferece client. I have suscefully conected to a Polycom Videconferece System (by Sip) but the problem is the bandwidth it needs because the codecs are not very efficient. So I need to install the h.264 codecs, but can't find them anywhere. I have downloaded http://download-mirror.savannah.gnu.org ... 4.3.tar.gz and tryed to compile but got an errors at MAKE level.
Can anybody tellme how I can install the h264 codecs for the linphone?
