I can confirm what peez said. (For some reason I can't quote him: "This topic is too old to reply, so, it's locked now. Thanks.")

Well now I mine doesn't boot as well. It seems like it's a regression with 3.10.6 use 3.10.4 for now. If anybody needs the packages I'll upload them to dropbox. Can't revert the PKGBUILD because raspberrypi source at github gets rebased with every kernel update, so no going back.

Cheers moonman.

How do folks normally go about fixing this?

Can't install in an ARM environment, so I'm thinking you put the SD card / drive in another box, grab the older kernel package from the pacman cache, then unpack it manually and put the files in the right places?

Yeah thats exactly what i did. You can just copy the kernel image to /boot, then when your pi boots up just reinstall the whole package. All the necessary modules are built into the kernel for it to boot up.

Seems I was a bit aggressive with my paccache cleaning... :)

A link to 3.10.4 would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

In the process of uploading already... May take several minutes as my upload speed is 0.5 Mbit/s

So it's not really working for anyone? :(

I mean, I would really like to know if there's some misconfiguration on my part...

To the forum admins: The quote button is broken.

No, jass0, something with the kernel broke, not your config.

Go back to 3.10.4-2 and all is good again.

Popcornmix just merged a commit that should fix the issue. Time for a -2? :)
