[Announce] hardware random number generator

Hardware has always been there, but no way to take advantage
When the next kernel upgrade shows itself (-5) this will be included
To use-
$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'echo "bcm2708-rng" > /etc/modules-load.d/bcm2708-rng.conf
pacman -Sy rng-tools
systemctl enable rngd')
This should fix entropy problems, /dev/random and /dev/urandom should work properly

I have had message from Raspberry Pi Foundation, new type of ram being shipped in units almost immediatly, am making new rootfs today otherwise (apparently) they won't boot alarm. I'll include it in that.
