boot.scr.uimg missing when installing on chromebook

I am following the instructions to install arch on my chromebook from http://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv7/samsung/samsung-chromebook

But at step 11 where I'm supposed to copy boot.scr.uimg it is not found.
I have checked the tar file and the file is not in the boot as the instructions say it should be.

Is this file missing from the tar or are the install instructions outdated?

Re-check that download tarball. We found and fixed this yesterday evening
