Check the rootfs for errors with e2fsck by either creating a bootable USB stick or taking the drive from the enclosure and running the fsck on your linux box.

firstly if i try to quote your post or my post i get
$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'T')his topic is too old to reply, so, it's locked now. Thanks.

And i have a problem, I can't boot a usb, I am running the new updated uboot, I tried UBIT recovery but it didn't boot, I tried zyxel 320 rootfs, I tried archlinuxarm on a usb, None of them boot.

I tried to do something to the usb and accidently overwrite the files on the HDD via ubuntu on pc. So i am not bothered about recovering my current isntall as i doubt that is possible now. So how can i simply get it booting again, ArchLinuxARM/Debian/Stock

If you have an old router, try this viewtopic.php?f=53&t=5977&start=30#p33984
You would need your ubuntu box to make the modifications. Don't use any other rootfs but the one for GF Home. How did you setup your U-Boot? to boot from USB or SATA first? if sata, make sure your sata drive is not in the cradle.

Hi i have it set to SATA first, HDD is not plugged in, Still doesn't boot to ArchLinuxARM from usb, I Am running dd-wrt on my router.

The uboot was updated to the new version per your other post. And it seems to be stopping any recovery or rootfs from booting, It just kernel panics or doesn't mount the drive. depending on the rootfs i try to load.

How do you know it has q kernel panic, you didn't seem to have any luck getting kernel netconsole going. If you did, i would like to see the log to figure out why.

If you didn't mess with u-boot variables it is fine
