New install error on updating kernel - Pogoplug E02

New install on a pogoplug v2 when I try to update I can't . do I have to reinstall,
can someone point me in the right direction

Pogoplug:~$ pacman -Sy linux-kirkwood linux-kirkwood-headers ntp yaourt base-devel nano wget
-bash: pacman: command not found
Pogoplug:~$

That prompt indicates you are not on ALARM but the stock CE os.
