Arch Linux ARM won't boot

I'mtrying for two moths boot Arch Linux on my wm8650 tablet folowing this tutorial: http://pond-weed.com/wmt8650/
My problem is that it freezes after those messages:

I reinstalled systemd from chroot under Androidbutdidn'twork.

Did you enable all the needs for systemd in the kernel?

I can't see how two moths can help you, but this is what systemd requires

The archlinux version of requirements needed by kernel seems to have disappeared

I don't have systemd options in menuconfig of kernel. I can't find anything
