Hello guys
I am a big fan of linux and tried installing linux on my ASUS Transformer Pad(TF701T)http://www.asus.com/au/Tablets_Mobile/The_New_ASUS_Transformer_PadTF701T/ much to my disappointment android was not very user-friendly in that regard for allowing that. In fact, it fought me every step of the way from unlocking bootloader to rooting the device! In a sense, I felt like as if I couldn't get into my own car even though I payed $20k grand for it (not to put the analogy too far ) Great work Google (sarcasm)
After 10hrs of waning enthusiasm and jugs of coffee, I discovered that most linux distros are for 86x 64 bit architectures. I was delighted that there were a few groups out there with a mindset to tweak a few distros to ARM architecture for many devices.
Arch Linux ARM, Ubuntu ARM, Fedora ARM and Debian Arm although not many but I'm still grateful there's any at all
I was wondering if you guys have an Arch Linux Armv7 platform specifically for ASUS Transformer Pad(TF701T) ? If there isn't one, I was wondering if you legends could possibly provide a flavour specifically for the tf701t?
The tf701 is a worthwhile tablet mobile device with a keyboard dock and I believe its in high demand at the moment. Why I believe it is in high demand, is to date I think the 10'' inch screen with 2k 2560x1600 resolution and quad-core 2ghz Tegra4 cpu makes it a fantastic piece of hardware
Please help me, I am unsure what to do at this point
