Did you look into the RTC?

yes here it is, you must connect the 32.768 kHz crystal, the two resistors you have to remove, because this are 0 Ohm to ground resistors. I realise the i forget the RCT Battery pins, i will measuring it today and update you.

No Problem, all information for free ;-)
But please share the information too, if somebody do something with it (I2S Audio, uBoot with SD-Card Support, or something else)
Thank you to all.

Nice to see progress with RTC ! :D :D
A step by step guide on how to fix up clock would be nice 8-)

Hi All! I'm wondering how to enable the on-board S/PDIF audio output. Do I need to do more than solder 2 wires to the pins #37 and #38 or what? I read the Marvell documentation and it says those pins output minimum voltage is 2.4V. Wikipedia says that S/PDIF minimum input voltage is 0.2V. I don't want the magic smoke to escape from my AV equipment, nor the Dockstar.

Thank you if you can help me.

I'm not an expert in this matter, but a resistor divider might help. Are we sure it's really s/pdif and not something else like AES3? Anyway, this page might help identify a easy resistor circuit that could work, if it really is just a matter of voltage levels.
