[netatalk] Support for TimeMachine Mountain Lion

Following the directions in the Archlinux http://archlinuxarm.org/support/guides/applications/time-machine doesn't seem to work anymore. It may be tied to my upgrade to Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8.2). Does anybody have it working?

I had problems with the netatalk daemon getting started. The discussion here http://archlinuxarm.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=4076 clarified my problem. Still not able to access volumes via AFP however. Seeing some interesting errors in the afp log.
