[jack2] stuck eating 100% cpu on pogoplug

Postby j000 » Thu Mar 21, 2013 11:33 am

Help me pls. I'm wasting another day looking at same google results and nothing... So...
I got pink pogoplug, kernel 3.8.3-0-ARCH and Creative Sound Blaster Connect Hi-fi USB (SB1260). I installed jack2. Week ago I was able to stream sound from my windows desktop to pogoplug. It was middle of the night so I went to bed happy. Later I had little time and I was working on windows' part of things. Two days ago I tried to finish what I started. And I'm stuck.
Jack kind of starts (jackd -v -r -dalsa):$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'jackdmp 1.9.9.5

JACK server starting in non-realtime mode
Jack: JackPosixThread::StartImp : create non RT thread
Jack: JackPosixThread::ThreadHandler : start
Jack: JackDriver::Open capture_driver_name = hw:0
Jack: JackDriver::Open playback_driver_name = hw:0
Jack: Check protocol client = 8 server = 8
Jack: JackEngine::ClientInternalOpen: name = system
Jack: JackEngine::AllocateRefNum ref = 0
Jack: JackPosixSemaphore::Allocate name = jack_sem.1000_default_system val = 0
Jack: JackEngine::NotifyAddClient: name = system
Jack: JackGraphManager::SetBufferSize size = 1024
Jack: JackConnectionManager::DirectConnect first: ref1 = 0 ref2 = 0
Jack: JackGraphManager::ConnectRefNum cur_index = 1 ref1 = 0 ref2 = 0')
but it eats whole cpu, nothing else happens. It does not react to ctrl+c, only kill -9.
Other stuff (like jack_load) says jack is not running, but unable to start default server.
jackd -v -r -ddummy get stuck in exactly same moment.
I have no idea what to do.
Speaker-test and aplay work. I have no /etc/asound.conf, pulseaudio is uninstalled.

Stream from JACK on my windows pc, aplay foo.wav, anything.
Problem is jack is not running yet and it's stuck already.
