Hi,

The nodejs package can be updated to latest on the Raspberry PI B 2 >v12.x.x but on any other Raspberry PI > v10.x.x fails with the segmentation error - I use arch on half a dozen PIs and I'm still having to hold this package back which doesn't feel like the right thing to do.

How do we contact the package maintainer so he can test/address the issues?

Thanks,

Alex

Hi @WarheadsSE... can you be more specific, that's kind of a terse reply? Help me out please.

Hi, without being so cryptic and giving me that "oh my god you don't know linux" attitude, could you please share the way to downgrade node from 0.12.x to 0.10.36?

I tried the "http://rollback.archlinuxarm.org/all/armv6h/community/nodejs-0.10.36-2-armv6h.pkg.tar.xz" link, which has gone 404. I read the posts in this tread, i know the /month/ keeps updating. Now, if you will, please help me out here.

Thanks in advance.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('ramram', 'H')i, without being so cryptic and giving me that "oh my god you don't know linux" attitude

You're kinda asking for that in this statement. TBH.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', '
')I tried the "http://rollback.archlinuxarm.org/all/armv6h/community/nodejs-0.10.36-2-armv6h.pkg.tar.xz" link, which has gone 404. I read the posts in this tread, i know the /month/ keeps updating. Now, if you will, please help me out here.

I am sorry people are not giving you a direct link. Perhaps, peruse rollback.archlinuxarm.org and see where it comes up.

Looking just as 2015/01/01 I see there is a node-0.10.35-2, so 0.10.36-2 should be after that.

Here is where we committed 0.10.36-3, so the date on that should be correct.

Hey, thanks to all who tried and failed to comply, without you this would be worthless :)

So, here is the link in case you want to downgrade node to a working version until this is solved:

http://rollback.archlinuxarm.org/2015/0 ... pkg.tar.xz

You're welcome
