As described at https://archlinuxarm.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=13279 --
With the 2018-12 release, and now also verified with the 2019-01 release, a fresh installation on Samsung Chromebook Plus following the instructions at https://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv8/rockchip/samsung-chromebook-plus leads to a system that does not boot; after hitting ctrl-U at the boot screen, the screen goes black and remains that way until power is cycled.
Who prepares these installation tarfiles? Is there any way to submit a bug report other than posting in this forum? Is there any way of obtaining an older installation tarfile/kernel file than 2018-12, since that appears to be the version where this issue first manifested?
