Cross-compiling Qt5 package(s) for armv7h under X86_64

Hi,

I'd like to cross-compile under X86_64 the Q5 5 MQTT submodule since it's not provided by Qt as part of the official sources for submodules [1], and thus not available already built from the packages repos [2].

So my question is: are the already built packages for Qt5 (i.e. qt5-base, qt5-serialport and so on) cross-compiled? If so, what is the cross-compile toolchain used?
