Mariadb 10.4.14-1 and 10.5.5 crash on Odroid C2

After today's upgrade from 10.4.13-1 it crashes on start. 10.4.14 crashes too, both version are complaining for illegal instruction,

P.S. After rolling back to 10.4.13 it works well
