dhcpcd-9.3.1-1: Network is unreachable

After upgrading to 9.3.1-1 and a reboot, wlan access failed.
I saw some core dumps but I failed to persist those logs.
I restored to dhcpcd-9.2.0-1-armv7h.pkg.tar.xz and rebooted. Now all is well.

I have also had the same problem. It is only on Arch Linux ARM not on my Arch Linux systems.

Several people have been having problems with the 9.3 series and patches have been created for them. I have provided my logs to Roy Marples who deals with dhcpcd and I will test out any patch he creates and keep this list updated on progress.

Okay, Roy Marples sent me a patch file and I used that to build a modified version of 9.3.1 that worked for me.

He will be issuing an updated version this evening I believe. Then after Arch have put it in their Build System it will be available for installation, probably in a few days.

If anyone can't wait and wants to build 9.3.1 themselves the patch file is attached.

dhcpcd-9.3.2 has been releaased by Roy Marples containg the fix that I tested and confirmed.

This version is currently being worked on in Arch Linux (Testing). Should become available before too long.

Now available, thanks to those involved in fixing this so quickly, I was stumped why my PiZeroW wouldn't connect to the WiFi network after starting to make a Theremin out of it and thought it was because my daughter had picked it up and somehow fried the circuitry with a static discharge. Glad it wasn't broken and was just a software issue.
