[linux-rpi 5.15.18] Ethernet and USB ports not working

@graysky, you posted here to "Please try linux-rpi 5.15.18-6 when it hits your mirror" about 4 hours ago. I have tried about 20 mirrors from all around the world but don't see that new version. How long can it take?

i can confirm dead usb behavior with linux-rpi 5.15.18-5 on an rpi3B exactly like blablubb1234.
my system is fully upgraded except for linux-rpi package right now and all is working as usual.

this is a strange and unusual problem (and catastrophic on a raspberry): have you an idea of what is happened?

Shouldn't be that long. Different mirrors sync at different intervals but not 4+ hours. Try another.

On my Raspberry Pi 2 the boot fails after upgrading to linux-rpi 5.15.18-6. But I think my configuration is a bit special because I boot from an external hard drive.

After downgrade to linux-rpi 5.10.95-2, everything works again as expected...

Hypothesis- root cause of failure stem from missing configuration options.

i've been able to test only now: 5.15.18-6 is operating normally here, problem solved.

edit: same for 5.15.21-1
