[breeze] the dark theme is applied partially

Ho, anybody else out there is using plasma and the dark breeze theme? It was working correctly but after a recent update (in August) it seems the theme cannot be applied entirely, the text is not readable and part of the window is white and not dark. Anybody knows if it behaves like that because of some setting or it's just a package issue?

This is how windows look like on the breeze dawn theme
