kodi-rpi-21.2-10, libcec-7.0.0-2, libcec-rpi-6.0.2-4

Hello !

last kodi-rpi release cannot start because it is looking for libcec.so.7
libcec-7.0.0-2 is in repo but is in conflict with libcec-rpi-6.0.2-4.

solution is to manually install libcec-7.0.0-2 and then last kodi.
