package mpv needs updating to version 1:0.40.0-3

mpv-1:0.40.0-2 causes pacman -Syu to fail because of libplacebo dependencies.
I had to remove mpv to get the update to complete properly.

This was on a Raspberry Pi 5 with KDE Plasma desktop.

Same here:

:: installing libplacebo (7.351.0-1) breaks dependency 'libplacebo.so=349-64' required by mpv

It should be solved by simply re-building mpv, like upstream - they just bumped to pkgrel 3:

mpv version 1:0.40.0-3 is now in the Archlinux ARM mirrors.

The problem has been resolved.
