devtools package has some missing binaries

Today I have installed the devtools package:

[code]sudo pacman -S devtools[/code]

I need the binary [b]pkgctl[/b] but aarch64 version of this package does not contain pkgctl. You can check the x86_64 version, it is there. Thank you.

same recent install of archlinux arm and installed devtools and base-devel but no pkgctl and doesn't seem to have a stadalone package?
