Package file should be rebuilt against current glibc

Binary file is currently crashing on every invocation in a virtual terminal as its use of seccomp is incompatible with glibc as of 2.42.

The problem was addressed upstream (Arch Linux) in file 5.46-5, but the package has to be built against the glibc version in question.
In contrast to Arch this hasn't happened on ALARM so far as the toolchain update including glibc 2.42 took place a bit later.
