Zabbix - 7.4.6 in AUR, 7.4.1 in alarm - needs update

Zabbix - 7.4.6 in AUR, 7.4.1 in alarm - needs update

There are mysql/mariadb deadlock issues fixed in Zabbix 7.4.3+ which I believe are apparent currently as mariadb version is greater than that supported by zabbix < 7.4.3

Please update zabbix et al to latest in AUR (7.4.6)
