libevent update causes tor to fail

tor fails to run, giving error:

tor: symbol lookup error: tor: undefined symbol: evutil_secure_rng_add_bytes


I believe this is a libevent issue. An updated libevent just dropped on 2026-01-24 and tor started to fail after this.
