raspberrypi-bootloader 20260611-1 boot failure RPi 4

After upgrading raspberrypi-bootloader (20260511-1 -> 20260611-1), boot is broken. I see the following messages:
[code]Transfer data timeout
Error reading cluster
Failed to load '/Image'[/code]
