It's likely a Python update. They have to recompile everything that depends on Python also, which takes a lot of time, and they can't let the mirrors sync until everything is finished and can be released at the same time. No one told me it was a Python update this time, but that's what it's always been every other time.
Not quite sure what it is this time. Python was just updated today to 3.13.8 so if its python we've got a ways to go. Since we well over a month since the last Python update, its likely not that. I suppose we just need to be patient
For example,make_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, ' ', 'https://archlinuxarm.org/packages/aarch64/kube-apiserver', '', ' class="postlink"') is updated a month ago, but the download link is still 404.
pretty normal when some larger rebuild is going on. No idea what is rebuild, communication is - as normal - sparse Once the rebuild is done, everything is back to normal.
Don't hold your breath on the update or communication. Most of us would only like some reassurance that something isn't seriously wrong, but every time all we have is speculation. I would be willing to help if they said what's going on and what they need.
