No idea where you found that clip. Again, the official provider is only offering mkv files.

Missed that. No idea about that source/if the video is properly encoded, etc. If you have dozens of h264 that play fine, you have a body of data to suggest your hardware/the package we are shipping is fine and that the single clip is to blame.
