It seems to be resolved in kernel version 6.10.7.
For now, as workaround, adding the kernel parameter "brcmfmac.feature_disable=0x82000" solves it. At least in my case (Wandboard).

Same here after upgrade to linux-armv7 version 6.10.7-1 (Wandboard)
