rpi4 lost eth0

Wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem?

I've installed Arch on an SD card following the official instructions, and booted successfully on a Pi 4 connected via Ethernet to my router no problem - I SSH into alarm user, initialize pacman and update the system w/ no issues but when I reboot, the Pi never appears on my network again. I've tried wiping the SD card and clean installing Arch 3 times now, same result all 3 times. Maybe I'm missing something?

Pretty frustrating and I would appreciate any help.

I have been away for 2 weeks and today I upgraded my Raspberry Pi 3 as usual with

Everything went fine, I rebooted and... no more network. The RPi is connected to my router via ethernet cable, and it has an assigned static IP address, but I cannot SSH into it anymore.

For the rest, everything seems fine: I use the RPi to run Kodi, and I can see the UI just fine when it boots. However, my phone cannot connect to be used as a remote control like it used to.

Finally, it does not show up among the devices connected to my router. So yeah, network is dead.

I don't remember all the packages that were upgraded, but the kernel was probably among them. Do you have any suggestions, like which packages to try and downgrade? Maybe someone has faced the same problem before?

I found the pacman.log and this is what happened to my system. You can see the full system upgrade, and then my attempts to downgrade some packages (but nothing gave me network connectivity back).
