The lack of communication about multiple weeks of no package updates was strange. You're obviously not asleep at the wheel. Why merge such a long series of threads from confused users instead of making an announcement?

All right, thank you. It doesn't really affect me personally, since I found this thread and was able to see what was going on, but it was bewildering to watch play out.

Personally I found this thread through reddit usually when something similar is happening on Arch ( x86_64) I check news section first and its there. Here I had to look and search for quite a while. Maybe news section would not harm on home page. Just my two cents again. Happy arch user for a long time eg. arch everywhere I dont want to switch to another distro on my rpi - I just think things like this deserve better communication - my second step after arch arm page was forum - announcements section - after I googled and hit reddit. Please take it as feedback.
