VTK is out of date

The upstream VTK package from Arch is up to version 7.0. The Arch Linux Arm repo is still at 6.3. This would not be such a big deal, except the precompiled VTK package is compiled against an old version of ffmpeg. As a result, ld complains when trying to link new things against VTK libs.
