[texlive-bin] missing /usr/bin/biber

On x86 Archlinux texlive-bin contains /usr/bin/biber.
On armv7 Archlinux it does not.

I don't know much about the inner workings of latex, but apparently the thesis template of my university department requires it.

Workaround:

Look for \usepackage[ ... ... ]{biblatex} and change it to/add
\usepackage[backend=bibtex8]{biblatex} or any other backend like bibtex or bibtexu.
