Arch Linux and Linux Deploy

I can't install Arch Linux on Linux Deploy ARM7h
Stuck Install extra/ssh fail.
Trace:
+ chroot /data/local/mnt /bin/su - root -c pacman -Syq --force --noconfirm openssh
pacman: error while loading shared libraries: libpsl.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
+ rm -f /data/local/mnt/var/cache/pacman/pkg/*
