GHC missing dependency distcc

Otherwise the error message: "ghc: could not execute: /usr/lib/distcc/bin/gcc" is shown.

This seems like a problem with how GHC decided to store something internally, as distcc should not be needed for operation. We may just have to disable distcc builds for GHC if it is going to do something that stupid.
