[kodi-rbp-dev] Cannot install kodi-addon-pvr-hts

I currently have kodi-rbp running on armv7h (Raspberry Pi 2 B). After upgrading to 17.0-2, I cannot upgrade kodi-addon-pvr-hts since it makedepends on kodi-dev which is not available for armv7h. However, there is kodi-rbp-dev instead. So it should be changed in PKGBUILD of kodi-rbp-dev to provide kodi-dev, shouldn't it?
Currently in PKGBUILD of kodi-rbp-dev there is "provides=('xbmc' 'kodi')" statement, which is incorrect, since kodi-rbp-dev clearly does not provide kodi features, but only kodi-dev files. On the other hand, kodi-rbp provides kodi features (which is confirmed with the same provides statement in PKGBUILD of kodi-rbp)?
I'd appreciate it if someone can clarify this for me, and, possibly fix it.

See comment in AUR. Builds for me after installing kodi-dev and removing dependency to kodi-dev in PKG file temporary.

Why do you think kodi-dev isn't available for armv7h?

There does not exist kodi-dev package for armv7h (where is it?). However there is kodi-rbp-dev but it does not provide kodi-dev which it should (as it's been requested).
