Description:
After update linux-armv7 4.9.9-1 -> 4.10.0.1 the whole text on the screen in virtual console irregularly flickers.
Downgrading to linux-armv7 4.9.9-1 solves the issue.

Clean fresh install of latest image, no X.

X and linux-armv7 4.10.1-1 also affected, linux-armv7 4.9.9-1 OK

Same issue with linux-armv7 4.10.1-1 and xorg-server 1.19.2-1:
Irregular screen flickering or blurring over the whole screen also with X / Openbox / LXQt

Downgrading linux-armv7 (4.10.1-1 -> 4.9.9-1) solves it for the moment.
