$this->bbcode_second_pass_quote('', 'I') have an RPi3 running 4.9.51-1 that also lacks /dev/vcsm. I have both OMXPlayer and MMAL enabled and playback works. Is it a particular format of file you cannot play or everything?
Everything. I try to play any file and kodi hangs in similar way that says this topic: viewtopic.php?f=57&t=12032
