[Squid] [Clamav] How to get clamav to scan squid cache?

I was following along this wiki:

https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Squid

When I came to the part about installing havp through the AUP. So I downloaded the tarball, extracted it, and ran makepkg. It states havp is not available for the arm architecture. DOH!
Even tried editing said PKGBUILD file to add 'arm' to the architecure and run makepkg again. Nope, not going to happen hombre. Unstoppable me, I google havp arm. Fairly sure, but I don't see support for it.

So I thought to myself, what about squidclamav? OOH! It is in AUP, but oh no, not arm architecture. Add it into the PKGBUILD file, run makepkg, and guess what? IT WORKED!

OK, so now I have squidclamav installed, but when I try to get it to connect to the clamd daemon, it tells me where to stuff it. I tried the setting /tmp/clamd /var/lib/clamd.sock /usr/sbin/clamd all to no avail. Still getting ERROR could not connect to clamd daemon.

Any ideas? I really want to setup this pink pogo plug as a transparent proxy running an av server to check my http for viruses. Not really too worried about getting it working for security purposes, more for my general knowledge. I plan on doing a write up on all of this when it is said and done, and am currently taking notes on it to that affect. This is just one step towards getting this all squared away. Thank you in advance for any and all help!
