[linux-armv7] Toshiba AC100 touchpad regressed

Postby kusma » Sat Jun 09, 2018 12:19 pm

My Toshiba AC100 touchpad used to work fine, but after upgrading the kernel a while back, it stopped working.
I've now finally tracked down what seems to be the reason; in the upgrade to 4.13.3-1, CONFIG_MOUSE_PS2 got unset.

The nvec_ps2 driver depends on the i8042 driver for touchpads to work correctly.

Would it be possible to get this module restored? I'd prefer staying on stock kernels rather than custom-built ones...

Looks like this was recently fixed in linux-armv7-4.17.0-2, thanks a lot :)
