[armv6h-armv7h] vulkan-icd-loader not found

Package vulkan-icd-loader is not found in mirrors, even though it can be found here: https://archlinuxarm.org/packages
So when you try to install anything that depends on it (like vlc or gst-plugins-bad), this happens:

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', 'warning: cannot resolve "vulkan-icd-loader", a dependency of "libplacebo"
warning: cannot resolve "libplacebo", a dependency of "vlc')

After new sync few moments ago, it was found in one of the mirrors in both archs (armv6h and armv7h)
