brcm/brcmfmac43430-sdio.clm_blob missing

package: linux-firmware 20181026.1cb4e51-1
package: firmware-raspberrypi 4-1 (see edit section below)

Seems /lib/firmware/brcm/brcmfmac43430-sdio.clm_blob missing and my android hotspot which is available at 2472MHz is not detected in my raspberry-pi-3.

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
[ 14.110347] brcmfmac: brcmf_fw_alloc_request: using brcm/brcmfmac43430-sdio for chip BCM43430/1
[ 14.135261] usbcore: registered new interface driver brcmfmac
[ 14.432612] brcmfmac: brcmf_fw_alloc_request: using brcm/brcmfmac43430-sdio for chip BCM43430/1
[ 14.444448] brcmfmac mmc1:0001:1: Direct firmware load for brcm/brcmfmac43430-sdio.clm_blob failed with error -2
[ 14.455299] brcmfmac: brcmf_c_process_clm_blob: no clm_blob available (err=-2), device may have limited channels available
[ 14.470971] brcmfmac: brcmf_c_preinit_dcmds: Firmware: BCM43430/1 wl0: Oct 23 2017 03:55:53 version 7.45.98.38 (r674442 CY) FWID 01-e58d219f
')

I tried to set country code manually

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
iw reg set IN
')

then tried to view whether 2472 MHz channel enabled or not using below command

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
iw phy phy0 channels
')

channel 13 (2472 MHz) is available after setting country code to 'IN' manually, but still my android''s hotspot is not showing when I run the following commandline

$this->bbcode_second_pass_code('', '
iw dev wlan0 scan
')

I dont know where to find brcmfmac43430-sdio.clm_blob file or howto properly enable 2472 MHz channel in archlinux-arm or howto change my android phone's hotspot to use lower channels

Edit 22-11-2018:

I came to know from #archlinux-arm that there is another package called firmware-raspberrypi which contains raspberrypi nonfree blobs. This firmware-raspberrypi is already installed in my pi3 but the binaries are installed inside /lib/firmware/updates/brcm/ directory and also not contain brcmsmac43430-sdio.clm_blob
