VC4 and Mesa Drivers Update Plans

This is a request for Kivy screenmanager correction to the Mesa/VC4 drivers that are generating glGetError 0x505 until it crashes the app due to memory leaks. The test app on the page below is a generic test used on other Linux distros to confirm operational.
