Can we get a fresh set of Haskell packages here?

Howdy everyone,

First time here, but I'm no stranger to Linux.

I'm working on a blog post where I am logging the activity of an Arch Linux ARM install on a Raspberry Pi 3B Rev. 1.2. Installed the ARMv7h Broadcom version for Raspberry Pi 2 which also works on Raspberry Pi 3 when I attempted to install Haskell. The Arch Linux ARM ghc package relies on ghc-libs, of which the version 8.6.1-1 has a conflict as it relies on llvm50 (which is LLVM version 5.0). I had previously installed llvm (which is LLVM version 8.0).

According to regular Arch Linux, the current version of ghc-libs (version 8.6.5-1, release announced on April 23, 2019) does not rely on this antiquated version of LLVM.

In addition, the package haddock does not appear to be available which seems to be recommended according to the Haskell download page's Arch Linux instructions.

I was wondering if we could get some newer Haskell packages. I'd install from source, but ghc-libs looks like it has a lot of dependencies according to its pacman -Si.

Thanks in advanced.
