Pi3B+ Fails to boot from USB after last update

Running Pi3B+ from USB stick.

Since last update, reboot fails

Reproduce:

image old backup to USB stick

pacman -Syu

reboot.

Boot fail as attached screen-shot.

Good to see it is being addressed.
In the meantime, can anyone upload a copy of linux-raspberrypi-4.19.57-1-armv7h.pkg.tar.xz sonewhere so I can grab?
My main server hasn't been rebooted for 8 days and I cleared pacman cache for more space last week!

The issue persists in
linux-raspberrypi version:

• 4.19.57-2
• 4.19.58-1
• 4.19.59-1

the last sane version was linux-raspberrypi-4.19.57-1

To roll back to linux-raspberrypi is it always necessary to roll back to the raspberrypi-bootloader and raspberrypi-bootloader-x (and raspberrypi-firmware?) packages of the same time as well?

PS: I get this bug on all the recent kernel versions on my 2 RPi2 boxes and both of them boot from SD card, not USB.

It appears that this issue is back again with linux-raspberrypi-4.19.68-1
