[aur] cower does not work and is unmaintaed by long time

If i understand correctly the update process it taking the list of packages from here: https://github.com/archlinuxarm/PKGBUILDs

There are a handful of AUR package provided, and one of those is cower.

Unfortunately that package is 2 year old, the original project/linked repo does not even exist anymore, and if installed it will fail with "cower: error while loading shared libraries: libalpm.so.11: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

I strongly believe is best for everybody to just remove it; I search in the forum for the keyword "cower" and there are only 3 post about it.

To be honest I believe adding an easy way to install a aur helper is a nice thing, but none is better than something broken and unmaintained.

Actaully, looks like almost all of those package are quite old, so maybe is time for some spring cleaning :)

Probably it would still work if you do a new build. libalpm.so is part of pacman and got updated to libalpm.so.12, that's why it doesn't find it anymore ;). The author of cower abandoned the project and moved to auracle.
